During the ITIL Overview the most important service management concepts will be covered. Most attention is paid to the Service Support set of processes. This session is aimed for senior managers, who do not have a lot of time, but still want to keep up-to-date with current developments. The ITIL Foundation course is focused solely on theory. Both Service Support and Service Delivery processes will be discussed on a foundation level. Even when not taking the exam this course prepares the students well enough to pass any test. This session is aimed for pretty much anyone involved with ITIL. This course is offered either in a standard or tailor-made format.
This course is similar to the 'regular' ITIL Foundation course with one distinction. Much more attention is paid to ITIL best practices. To achieve this several exercises are incorporated. Exercises that focus on some typical day-to-day problems that arise during an ITIL implementation. This session is especially aimed for future process managers and anyone likely to contribute during an ITIL implementation. This course is offered either in a standard or tailor-made, just to suit your needs, format.
ITIL FOUNDATION EXAM PREPARATION
To prepare students for the ITIL Foundation exam this course focuses on tricks, tips, keywords to help them passing. Besides a brief recap of the theory also a test exam with sample questions will be discussed into much detail. This session is aimed for anyone wanting to pass the ITIL Foundation exam. This course is only offered in a standard format.
ITIL Practitioner courses typically last two days in which one process is extensively reviewed and discussed. Practitioners are aimed for employees that are involved with processes on a daily basis and who want to know all the ins-and outs. This course is only offered in a tailor-made format. Reinier Consulting offers the following ITIL Practitioners:

The ITIL Service Management course that is offered by Reinier Consulting differs from those provided by our competitors. Instead of the regular two courses (one dealing with Service Support and one dealing with Service Delivery) Reinier Consulting integrated both courses. We know and understand that most customers simply do not have the time to be away from their regular work for to long. All theory required to know by future Service Managers is covered in our ITIL Service Management course and still we found time to incorporate practical exercises to provide even more added value. This session is aimed for anyone, who does not have a lot of time, but still want to know and understand ITIL on a Service Management level. This course is offered either in a standard or tailor-made, just to suit your needs, format.
ITIL SERVICE MANAGEMENT EXAM PREPARATION
During an ITIL Service Management Exam Preparation students will be prepared to pass an EXIN Service Management Exam. Besides a brief recap of the theory also the case study and a test exam with sample questions will be discussed into much detail. This session is aimed for anyone wanting to pass the ITIL Service Management exam. This course is only offered in a standard format.
The ITIL and Project Management course provides an extensive overview of ITIL which goes beyond a 'regular' Foundation course. Also some Project Management concepts from PRINCE2 and PMBOK are discussed. Several exercises should allow attendees to get hands-on experience and more understanding in dealing with some of the challenges surrounding both disciplines. When required, gap analyses could take place to compare the organization's daily routines to ITIL and Project Management best practices.
Except for VAT our prices include materials (such as student binders), travel and accommodation costs made by Reinier Consulting. For a small surcharge it is possible to also get the relevant ITIL books and/or CD-ROM's. Courses are essentially offered everywhere.
