To adhere to this positioning we only employ certified ITIL Service Managers with several years of experience, as a professional trainer and consultant, with his or her both feet firmly on the ground. Due to our internal quality system our employees are encouraged to deliver the highest quality of service. Every year even our most experienced trainers test themselves to ensure that they meet the highest standards.

External indicators such as passing rates and student evaluations and customer evaluations conclude our quality system. Currently the passing rates of our students exceed 95%! The average appreciation for our courses scores 9 out of 10 (where 1 is very disappointed to 10 excelling).
